2. Bankruptcy and the FBI. Is it appropriate to intimidate a bankrupt debtor by forcing them to give their testimony while facing a large "FBI prosecutes bankruptcy fraud" sign on the wall in a federal court hearing room? This lawyer says no, it is not appropriate.
